Once you place an order, I will contact you via the email address provided in order to obtain an image of your pet and to discuss portrait specifications. If you prefer to discuss your commission face-to-face, we can arrange a Zoom Happy Hour where we will nail down all the details of your desired portrait. After our email communications or Happy Hour planning session, the portrait will take up to 7 business days to complete. If you require revisions to the portrait, you will have 5 business days to make your requests.
There is no physical product with this purchase. Instead, you will receive a digital file that you may use in any way you see fit. I can also upload your image to my TeePublic shop where you can order prints, Tshirts, stickers, mugs, pillows, and more.
Because of the unique nature of portrait commissions, I cannot offer returns or exchanges on this product.
