Aromatherapy eye masks contain uncooked rice, dried lavender and mint, and lavender essential oil. Masks should be kept in a cool, dry place and should never be exposed to moisture. To experience a cooling sensation from your mask, store it in a plastic bag in the fridge. To enjoy a warm mask, store it in a cupboard or a drawer and microwave it for 20-30 seconds prior to use.
